What is liquid membrane waterproofing?
An elastomeric coating applied wet that cures into a single seamless waterproof layer over the whole roof. Because there are no joins or laps, there's nowhere for water to work its way in.
Does it work on flat roofs?
Yes — flat and low-pitch roofs are where seamless membranes matter most, because water sits on them instead of running off. We confirm the right system during the free inspection.
Is the 10-year warranty a written document?
Yes — you receive a written warranty certificate on completion. It covers the waterproofing and coating against failure for 10 years.
What roof types can you waterproof?
Metal (Colorsteel, corrugated), Decramastic tile, concrete tile, clay tile, and flat membrane roofs.
What happens if it rains during the job?
We monitor the forecast closely and won't apply membrane if rain is expected within the cure window. If weather changes unexpectedly, we reschedule at no cost to you.
