How much does roof cleaning cost?
It depends on roof size, pitch and how much growth there is — which is why the quote is free and in writing before any work starts.
Will the moss come back?
Treated properly — killed at the root — regrowth takes far longer than a surface knock-off. On older, porous surfaces the permanent fix is a protective coating, which we can quote at the same visit.
Is cleaning safe for older roofs?
We assess condition first and match the method to the roof. If a roof is too fragile for cleaning alone and needs repair or restoration work, we'll tell you before we start — not after.
Do you clean all roof types?
Metal (Colorsteel, corrugated), Decramastic tile, concrete tile, clay tile, and flat membrane roofs.
Do I need to be home?
No — we just need access to the roof and an outside tap. We'll let you know when we're done.
